All items must be paid for within ten days, unless prior agreement has been made.Items can be held for a month (longer with prior agreement), while other items are added and then sent together to reduce postage costs.

We reserve the right to wait for cheques to clear before posting item/s.And we reserve the right to ask for increased postage fees if the customer has calculated the amount incorrectly.

We reserve the right to refuse to sell an item or items without explanation.

Postage cost paid by the buyer.
Using Royal Mail, all packages carry insurance up to £30.00. We always get certified proof of posting.Insurance on higher priced items or extra costs for 'international signed for' etc must be paid for by the buyer.We cannot be held responsible for any loss in post.

A full refund for the item/items will be given if dissatisfied.Notification must be within two weeks of receiving goods.Postage costs are not refundable.In some cases where a refund has been requested Ambergreen Classical may wish to see the item before the refund is issued.In these cases the return postage will be paid by Ambergreen along with the refund for the cost of the item, provided Ambergreen is satisfied that the item is a) the same as the one sent. b)The item is faulty in the way described by the customer. 

Finally; Please accept that appropriate and reasonable steps are made in checking and grading items and care is taken to make accurate descriptions in the listings.Any innacuracies are unintentional.Also some records will not have been played/tested by Ambergreen and will have had a visual check only.
